Solstice is searching for some qualified individuals who are passionate about Environmental Management!
The first position that we’re hiring is a Client Engagement Specialist. This may be the role for you if:
You are excited to connect with clients and support them in making sustainable environmental management choices.
You are passionate about innovation and ready to share how Solstice’s offerings with our clients.
You are a clear communicator and able to adapt to different situations quickly, while demonstrating complex issues in an easily understood manor.
You are organized and capable of handling several different priorities at once, without sacrificing quality, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
You have experience working in environmental consulting, municipal development, GIS/Remote Sensing, renewable energy, oil/gas or mining.
The second position is an Intermediate Ecologist. This may be the role for you if:
You are invested in providing thorough and detailed assessments that satisfy regulations and legislations to various types of clients.
You have ample field and office experience performing, reporting and proposing various environmental programs (biophysical assessments, wetland assessments and monitoring programs for various industries and communities).
You are capable of simplifying the science to communicate complex environmental risks and opportunities to empower people, business, and industries to operate in sustainable ways.
You possess a B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Biological or Environmental Sciences from an accredited institution.
You are a registered Professional Biologist (P.Biol.). A registered Wetland Practitioner (QWSP) would be considered an asset to this role.
