Solstice Spotlight ✨

Solstice is made up of an amazing group of people, so we're going to take the opportunity to showcase the people that make everything we do possible.

To show our appreciation for the team, we're showcasing our in-house nest sweep lead, Jordan Nakonechny, B.Sc., P.Biol.!

Jordan is an Intermediate Wetland Ecologist, and Wildlife Expert, and Professional Biologist with Solstice, and he has a has a longstanding interest and love for birds. Jordan started attending bird banding events in high school. Throughout university, he volunteered to maintain and monitor 90 tree swallow nest boxes at the same bird observatory. During this time Jordan refined his auditory identification skills of many species and touched up on his photography skills, which he continues to practice in his spare time.
